How long does provisioning take?

This plan is provisioned in < 24 h. We confirm the specification by email first, then build it. You follow the stages on your own order page.

Do I get administrative access?

Yes. You get root on the machine. We keep the hypervisor, the operating-system security updates, monitoring and snapshots on our side, and stay out of your application.

What is backed up, and for how long?

Backups on this plan: Weekly snapshots. Restores are requested by email and we do them for you. Keeping an independent copy of anything irreplaceable is still a good idea.

Will you move my current setup across?

Yes, and it is not billed separately. Migration help on this plan covers data + config. The old environment stays reachable for seven days as a rollback.

What if I outgrow it before the year is out?

You pay the difference for the months remaining and we move you up. We do not restart the term or charge the new plan twice.
