Nothing here is new. That is the selection criterion, not an accident of budget.
Every component we run has been in production for years, has documentation you can read at three in the morning, and has a user base large enough that somebody has already hit your problem and written down the answer.
Novelty in an infrastructure stack is a cost the customer pays during an incident. We would rather operate a well-understood component we can debug under pressure than a newer one we would be learning about while your site is down.
Anything outside this list can still be installed on a plan with root access. It is then yours to run, unless we agree in writing to manage it.
Six stages, the same for every plan. Nobody has to chase us for the next one; each stage ends with an email from a person.
Pick plans and add-ons, enter your company details, and pay on the secure payment page. Card details never touch this site, and nothing is built before the payment clears.
An engineer reads the order and writes back with the exact build: operating system, hostnames, sizing, and anything in the order that still needs a decision from you.
Within 24 hours on working days for hosting, VPS, edge and storage. Dedicated hardware and private cloud take one to three working days, because a machine is built and burned in for you.
Panel address, IP addresses or hostnames, SSH or SFTP details, the DNS records to set, the backup schedule, and the name of the engineer who built it.
Inventory, then a dry run on a preview address, then a final delta sync, then the DNS cutover with certificates issued in advance. The old environment stays reachable for seven days.
Reachability, resource use and certificate expiry are watched from then on. Alerts reach a person, and planned work is announced before it happens, not after.
None of this needs a support contract. It is simply how the company is set up to answer.
The person who built your environment stays with it. You write to one address, and the reply comes from someone who already knows how your machines are wired.
Every environment ships with a written note: what was installed, where things live, what we changed from the defaults, and why. No screenshots of a panel instead of an explanation.
Nothing asks you to confirm the problem still exists, and nothing closes itself after a silence. A person reads what you wrote and answers that, in one reply where possible.
Your environment is altered only on your written request. The exception is security patching, which is scheduled, and emergency patching, which is explained to you afterwards.
Quotes, invoices, documentation, handover notes and support are written in English. Correspondence in Polish is welcome if you prefer it.
A term runs twelve months and renews only if you say so. When you leave, you get archives of files, dumps of databases and images of virtual machines, and there is no exit fee.

A first response means an engineer has read the report and told you what is happening, not that the problem is already solved. Planned work is announced at least five working days ahead and scheduled outside business hours.

Every site on its own WordPress install with a staging copy, updates handled on a schedule and a nightly backup you can restore yourself. One invoice for the year instead of thirty hosting logins.

The Bill Boys is based in Lower Silesia and sells to businesses across the European Union. Every plan is quoted and invoiced in euro, with tax already inside the price on the page, so a buyer in Lisbon and a buyer in Tallinn read the same number.
Data residency is the part most buyers ask about first. Production, backups and the replication target are inside the EU, nothing is copied to another region without a written agreement, and a data-processing agreement is available on request before or after you order.
