We do the migration. It is not an extra.
- InventoryYou send access to the current hosting or server. We list sites, databases, cron jobs, mail, certificates and DNS records, and tell you what will not move as it is.
- Dry runWe copy everything to the new environment and give you a preview address. Nothing about the live site changes yet; you click through and test.
- Freeze and syncAt an agreed time we take a final delta sync of files, databases and mail so nothing written during testing is lost.
- DNS cutoverWe lower the TTL beforehand, switch the records and watch traffic arrive. Certificates are issued in advance, so there is no browser warning.
- Watch and keepThe old environment stays reachable for seven days as a rollback. We watch error rates and load for the first working days and tune what needs tuning.

The price on the card is the price you pay. There is no setup fee and no per-ticket charge.
Tax is already in it
Every figure on this site includes tax. The amount you approve at the payment page is the amount that leaves your account.
Provisioning is not billable
Setting the environment up, configuring the firewall, issuing certificates and migrating your data are part of the plan, not a project fee.
Support is not metered
You are not buying a bucket of hours. Questions about the platform we run for you are answered as part of the plan.
You can outgrow a plan
Moving up mid-term costs the difference, calculated for the months remaining. We do not restart the term to charge you twice.
No automatic renewal trap
We write to you before the term ends. If you do nothing, the service is not silently charged for another year.

Payment happens on the secure page of our payment provider. This site never sees or stores your card number.
Questions

Do I need an account to order?
No. You choose plans, enter your company details at checkout and pay. Instead of a login you get a personal order page at a permanent address, which shows what you bought and the provisioning stage.
Which payment methods work?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), BLIK and Przelewy24. Payment happens on our payment provider's secure page; card details never touch this site.
Are prices really final?
Yes. Every price on the site is for twelve months with tax included. The only things that add to it are add-ons you tick yourself.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
For orders above €2.000 we can arrange a transfer — write to us before ordering. Online payment is the standard route because provisioning starts immediately.
How long does provisioning take?
Within 24 hours on working days for hosting, VPS, CDN and storage plans. Dedicated hardware and private cloud take one to three working days because a machine is built and burned in for you.
What arrives in the welcome email?
Panel address and credentials, server IP or hostnames, SSH or SFTP details, DNS records to set, backup schedule and the name of the engineer who built the environment.
Can you migrate my current site or server?
Yes. Hosting plans include migrating existing sites; server plans include help with data and configuration. The process is described on the migration page and the old environment stays reachable for a week as a rollback.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Tell us within the first month. We move you to the right plan and settle the difference; if the new plan is cheaper we credit the remainder against the next period.
